The icon/logo is a small red rectangle with the letter “f” in the middle of it signifying Flash. Try editing one of your pages and you should see it where all the editor icons are.

Make sure your swf file is in the root directory of your site and not in the theme folder. Also, check and see if you have the flash logo in your default editor. You should have that logo show up in your editor if you have installed and activated the kimili plugin. In that case you can use that to insert your flash also.
