We welcome your input! The more input we receive from you the better able we will be to satisfy your needs and produce a site that will have the desired look and impact that you want. It’s your website, we want it to look the way you want.

What does 'Website Maintenance' or 'Website Updates' mean?
Website Maintenance or Website Updates refers to changes made to your website after the initial design & setup. Keeping a website up-to-date is essential in having repeat visitors to your site. Updating the site with sales, articles, new products, newsletters, press releases, financial figures and links are all examples of website Maintenance.
You are welcome to send over your list of necessary revisions. We are happy to assist you with any changes you would like at our low hourly rate or we can offer you a package price if you need more time.
My company is in the service industry. Will a website help my business?
Who writes the copy/text for each of the pages on the website?
You are responsible for providing the copy for your website. We do not write your copy unless you hire us to do so, however, we will place your supplied copy on the website for you and we do edit what you supply for grammer or spelling and make sure the page is optimized for search engines.

How can we pay to get started?
We expect 1/3 of the quoted amount before we start. The amount is not refundable if we have started work on your site. The remaining balance will be due on the day the site goes live.
You can mail in a check or just use the buttons on the payments page. Once there you can select to pay with your Paypal account or use your credit card.
Are your Web Design costs recurring?
No, just a one time cost unless you select the payment option, see the Q&A above. Hosting and domain names have to be renewed at least each year.

Have you built a site like mine before?
Usually the content of a site or type of business does not affect the methods, procedures and codes used to build it. For example, you wouldn’t ask a landscaping company if they had cut your kind of grass before! We have worked with a wide range of clients and businesses.
I want a site like eBay/MySpace/Youtube/...etc. Can you do this?
These types of websites require complex web development and will be quoted individually. Costs can be $5,000 and up for this type of work and require an extended amount of time.
